QIN 2 Pro is a phone designed especially for children with features like parental controls and automatic limited time use. Being the project manager for this product, besides designing the graphic materials such as social media posts, I also was in charge of coordinating with KOLs and video crews while shooting our TVC materials. Keeping track of social media timelines and making sure we hit our target audience was also a main part of my tasks. The main objective was to introduce a relatively new type of product to the market. We had to convey a sense of urgency regarding children phone usage but at the same not demonize the child rearing traditions of various parents.
